These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LimeTime platform, including our mobile app, desktop app, and admin dashboard (collectively, the "Services"). By using LimeTime, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Definitions

• "Employee": A user who is invited by their organization to access LimeTime for time tracking, attendance, and related functionalities.
• "Admin": A user with administrative access to configure company settings, manage employees, and view reports.
• "Company": The organization that subscribes to LimeTime to manage its workforce.
• "We/Us/Our": Refers to LimeTime and its affiliates.

3. Use of Services

3.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in Wisconsin to use LimeTime.
• Employees must use LimeTime under the invitation or authorization of their company.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Users must ensure that all information provided to LimeTime is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use LimeTime for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the Services.
• Share or misuse company codes or sensitive information.

4. Company Responsibilities

Companies using LimeTime agree to:

• Ensure compliance with Wisconsin labor laws, including wage, hour, and time-tracking requirements.
• Configure settings—such as time-off policies, geofencing, and required data collection—consistent with Wisconsin and applicable federal laws.
• Notify Employees of tracking features, including location data, Wi-Fi monitoring, and attendance-related logging, in accordance with Wisconsin privacy expectations.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of LimeTime is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using LimeTime, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

5.1 Employee Location and Wi-Fi Monitoring

• Location and Wi-Fi data may be collected to verify attendance and compliance with Company policies.
• Employees may have the right to opt out of certain tracking features when allowed by Company policy or Wisconsin law.
• LimeTime encourages Companies to obtain clear written notice and acknowledgment from Employees, consistent with Wisconsin privacy standards.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

• Companies are responsible for paying subscription fees as per the agreed terms.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access to LimeTime Services.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with LimeTime are owned by us or our licensors.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LimeTime for its intended purpose.

8. Limitations of Liability

• LimeTime is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or errors caused by third parties, user actions, or events outside our control.
• LimeTime is not responsible for disputes between Companies and Employees, including those related to employment law, payroll, hours worked, or workplace policies.
• To the extent permitted by Wisconsin law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed under state statutes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Unauthorized access or misuse of the Services occurs.

Companies may also manage or revoke Employee access at their own discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app or email and will take effect upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
